Cleaning your Beach Glass Jewelry

Beach glass has a pitted surface from the years of being tossed in waves, rock and sand. The pits collect dirt and oil which dulls the glass so it’s a good idea to regularly brighten up your treasures. To bring the “frost” back, we recommend cleaning your beach glass jewelry with Dawn Powerwash (our new fave) and a soft toothbrush. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel. If you have a suede cording, we suggest to avoid getting it wet. Check out the pictures below to see the difference a little soap can make!

Sterling silver has a tendency to tarnish, especially if exposed to air. Weiman Silver Polish is fast and easy. Add a drop of polish to a soft cloth and rub until the silver returns to its original shine. To prevent sterling sliver from tarnishing, it should be kept in a pouch and stored in a dry cool place.
